These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://awip.org.uk (the “Site”) and any other online services provided by AWIP which link to these Terms. By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.
These Terms are in addition to our Privacy Policy (see [link] which sets out how we collect, use and protect your personal data) and any other terms and conditions which may apply to certain parts of the Site or particular services we provide.

In certain cases your interaction may be with our related entity AWIP International Ltd (company number 15522405) or other affiliated companies; collectively referred to as “AWIP”.
Our Site is provided for information and engagement only unless otherwise specified.

5. Donations, Fundraising and Other Services
5.1 If you choose to make a donation, sign a petition, register for a mailing list, volunteer or otherwise support AWIP via the Site, you agree that the information you provide will be used by AWIP in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see link) and any related policies.
5.2 You acknowledge that any such donations or services will be subject to our separate terms, conditions or policies as applicable.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any donation or support activity without giving a reason (except as required by law) and without liability to you.

6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWIP disclaims all implied warranties (including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, title, non-infringement).

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AWIP (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers and affiliates) shall not be liable for:

7.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by AWIP’s negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Changes to the Site and Terms
8.1 AWIP may, at any time and at its sole discretion, modify, suspend or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) or change, withdraw or supersede portions of the Materials without notice.
8.2 AWIP may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Effective date” and will apply from that date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
